Frequently asked questions

Shipping

What are the shipping charges?

For customers outside India, shipping is calculated on the basis of weight, couriered through DHL and Fedex only with tracking number facility. Please note that the buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. For a cheaper shipping via government postal service (no tracking number service and time consuming) you can directly get in touch with me at nikitathakur146@gmail.com. ( Please note: Currently Indian postal services are not working due to the ongoing lockdown)

How soon can I expect my art piece(s) to arrive?

I get orders packed and shipped as quickly as I can. I promise! But some products require a few finishing touches before shipment, and at times I get a little tied up catering to the on-going orders. Once I ship your order, your products should be delivered to you within 7-10 days (for India) and 7-21 days (outside India). Unfortunately, I do not have any control over delays due to customs.

Returns

Can I return my purchase?

All sales are final. I recommend you to review the images, product descriptions carefully and request you to contact me for any additional information if needed before purchasing. Commission or custom art also cannot be returned. In the final process of a commissioned painting(s), the client may carefully review detailed pictures and request any more pictures, if needed, to finalise before shipment. In the review stage, the client has the choice to accept or decline the painting. Once the art work is paid for and shipped it won't be possible to accept a return.

Care Instructions

How should I care for the art work?

All artworks are sealed with UV-protected varnish to prevent fading over time. These are meant for displaying indoors, and although these are varnished for longevity, I highly advise that they be hung away from direct sunlight. All artworks require extra care while usage and handling. All resin artworks should be wiped clean with a lindt free cloth only.

Are the bowls and plates food/dishwasher safe?

No. None of the bowls and/or plates are not food/dishwasher safe. Please don't use any of the plates and/or bowls to serve food.
